the move

Own your site, don’t rent it

On Webflow you pay every month to keep your own site online, and editing is capped by per-seat pricing. We move you onto a stack you own — static files on Cloudflare’s edge, content in Sanity — keeping the same design, the same URLs, and your Google rankings.

Move in days, not months

Because we migrate from a copy of your existing site, there is no rebuild from scratch and no downtime. Your design and content carry over as they are, and the cutover happens once everything matches on staging.

Why migrate

Your site deserves a stack you actually own

Webflow is great until the rent, the limits and the lock-in start to bite. We move your site onto Cloudflare, Astro and Sanity — same design, same URLs — so you keep the look and gain the control.

FAQ

Answers to the questions we get

Everything teams ask before moving off Webflow.
Will I lose my Google rankings when I migrate?

No. We keep your URLs identical and carry over titles, meta, headings and structured data, so search engines see the same pages on a faster host. Rankings hold, and we monitor them through the cutover.

Is my live site at risk during the migration?

No. Your current Webflow site stays live and untouched while we rebuild on a staging URL. We only switch DNS once you have reviewed and approved the new site.

Do my animations and interactions survive the move?

Yes. We port the real markup, styles and motion, so scroll effects, hover states and transitions behave as they do today rather than being approximated.

How long does a migration take?

Most marketing sites move in days, not months. The exact timeline depends on page count and any custom functionality, which we scope in the free audit.

Will the design change?

No. The goal is a faithful migration: the same layout, type, spacing and imagery on a stack you own. Redesigns are a separate, optional engagement.

What do I actually own at the end?

Everything — the code, the hosting account and the CMS. There is no platform lock-in and no per-seat charge for editing your own content.

What happens to my existing URLs?

They stay exactly the same. Keeping URLs identical is the single biggest factor in protecting rankings, so we treat it as non-negotiable.

Do you set up redirects if a URL has to change?

Yes. If any path genuinely has to change, we add a 301 redirect so links and ranking signals carry over to the new address.

Is the new site as crawlable as Webflow?

Yes. Pages are pre-rendered to plain HTML and served from a global CDN, so content is in the initial response for crawlers and answer engines — no JavaScript required to read it.

Will the site be faster?

Almost always. Static HTML on Cloudflare’s edge typically loads faster than Webflow hosting, which helps Core Web Vitals.

Do you migrate my metadata and structured data?

Yes. Titles, descriptions, canonical tags, Open Graph and existing schema move across as part of the migration.

How do you confirm nothing dropped after launch?

We compare the page inventory before and after, submit the sitemap, and watch Search Console through the transition.

Can my team still edit the site?

Yes. Editable content lives in Sanity, a CMS your team logs into to update text, images and pages — publishing triggers a fresh deploy.

Do I need a developer for every change?

No. Day-to-day content edits happen in the CMS without touching code. Developers are only needed for new layouts or features.

How do updates go live?

When you publish in the CMS, the site rebuilds and redeploys to the CDN automatically, usually within a couple of minutes.

What does hosting cost after migration?

You host on your own Cloudflare account, so you pay Cloudflare directly — typically far less than a comparable Webflow plan, with no per-editor fees.

Can we add forms, blogs or new pages later?

Yes. The stack is built to extend — new page types, forms and content collections can be added as you grow.

What if we want to leave?

You can. You own the code and the accounts outright, so there is nothing to extract from a proprietary platform.

How migration works
Every migration starts with a free audit and ends with a site you own outright — same design, same URLs, on Cloudflare, Astro and Sanity. There are no long-term contracts to begin: the audit tells you what moving off Webflow would involve, what it would cost, and what would change, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.
