Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 2026-05-16
1. Who we are

This site is operated by Atlas Development Global, LLC (“Atlas Development”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company (State Registration No. 2026-001904165, EIN 35-2947775) with a mailing address at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210 Office 7891, Orlando, FL 32819, United States.

For any privacy-related question, contact us at contact@atlasdevelopment.io.

2. Scope

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors of astrodevelopment.io and any subdomain operated by Atlas Development Global, LLC. Separate agreements (for example, signed service contracts) govern the personal data we process when delivering paid services to clients.

3. Personal data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, and any message content you submit. Provided directly by you.
  • Analytics data (only when you consent) — pseudonymous identifiers, pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, referring URLs. Collected via Google Analytics 4 cookies.
  • Server and CDN logs — IP address, user-agent, timestamps, requested URLs. Generated automatically when you visit the site. Hosted by Cloudflare.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Why we use your data and our legal bases
PurposeLegal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Responding to contact form enquiriesArticle 6(1)(b) — contract / pre-contractual steps; and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests in responding to prospects
Measuring site usage via analyticsArticle 6(1)(a) — your consent, given through the cookie banner
Maintaining site security and integrityArticle 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests in operating a secure site

For California residents, the corresponding business purposes under the CCPA/CPRA are: providing the requested service, security and fraud prevention, and performing internal analytics where you have not opted out.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie preferences (atlas_consent, 1 year). With your consent, we also load Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies (2 years each).

You can review or change your cookie choices at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat that as an opt-out of analytics by default. You can still opt in through the preferences modal if you wish.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, acting as our processors:

  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (when you consent). Subject to Google’s privacy terms and Data Processing Terms. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery. Subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Resend (email delivery) — used to deliver responses to and notifications of contact form submissions.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

7. International data transfers

Atlas Development is based in the United States. When you submit data through this site, that data is processed in the United States. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, transfers from your country to ours rely on:

  • The EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) for our processors that have certified to it (Google, Cloudflare); and
  • Standard Contractual Clauses as a backup safeguard.
8. How long we keep data
Data typeRetention period
Contact form submissions (non-customers)24 months from last contact
Contact form submissions converted to customersDuration of the engagement + 7 years (for tax and accounting)
Google Analytics data14 months (GA4 default)
Server / CDN logs30 days
9. Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR / UK GDPR) you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements); restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; data portability for data you provided to us; withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are in California (CPRA) you have the right to: know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties we share with; delete your personal information (subject to exceptions); correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share, but you can still send the signal via GPC; limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We honour the GPC signal as an opt-out request as required by the CPRA.

If you are in another US state with a privacy law — residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Tennessee, Maryland, Minnesota, and Rhode Island have similar rights of access, deletion, correction, opt-out of targeted advertising and sale, and (in some states) appeal of our decisions. Send your request to contact@atlasdevelopment.io and identify your state of residence.

How to exercise your rights. Email contact@atlasdevelopment.io with the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CPRA, with extensions where permitted). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Security

We use TLS in transit, rely on processors who encrypt at rest, and apply access controls to limit who can see personal data. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority in line with the timelines required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. If we make a material change, we will prompt you to review your cookie choices again.
